Terms of Service

Welcome to Bestof-Everything. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Bestof-Everything. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, votes, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Bestof-Everything a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to post it.

4. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, and not to use the service to share, content that is:

  • unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
  • hateful, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence against any person or group;
  • an infringement of another’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • spam, fraudulent, or a fake, paid, or deceptive review; or
  • malware, or intended to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You also agree not to harass, abuse, impersonate, or stalk other users. Reviews must reflect genuine, honest opinions and experiences.

5. Reporting, moderation & enforcement

You can report any review or poll, and you can block another user so their content is hidden from you. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and aim to act on them — including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts — within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

6. Termination & account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your personal data and User Content as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Rankings, scores, and reviews reflect community input and editorial judgment and are not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bestof-Everything is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
